You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them – unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging – along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@volsie.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and there's no restocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted, and sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
