Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Returning products is easy.

All eligible returns are free of charge. We do not charge any restocking fees or additional return fees. We also accept exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@volsie.com with your order details. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Only products in NEW condition are eligible for return. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and labels attached.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.
